Frequently asked questions
Can we adjust the route during the day?
Yes. As long as it still fits within the 10-hour duration and normal driving distance, you can discuss changes directly with your driver. For special requests (very early start or far-away areas) please tell us in advance so we can advise the best plan.
What if our hotel is outside the main area?
Pickup is included for most South Bali & Ubud hotels. For more remote areas (for example: Candidasa, Sidemen, north coast), there may be an additional fee or slightly shorter touring time. We will confirm this clearly when you share your hotel details.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
In many cases you can confirm on a pay-after-pickup basis. For peak dates or large groups, a small deposit may be requested to secure your car and driver. All terms will be shared clearly in writing before you decide.
